Terms of Service

Confirmation- A deposit of 50% from the invoice is mandatory. Deposit paid for is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Subsequent payment of 30% shall be on pre-wedding date/fitting date. Balance of 20% shall be 07 days before actual wedding day. For packages that are bundled discount of all articles, articles in packages are non-exchangeable and non-transferable unless approved by The Management.
Rental article exchanged WITHIN / BEFORE 30 days of gown collection will be subjected to a top up in the difference in rental value of the articles. A compensation fee of $200/- is applicable for the alteration or cleaning done on the originally booked article.
All professionals such as Photographers (PTO), Videographers (VTO), Make-Up Artist (MUA), Hair Stylist (HS), Beautician (BT), Fashion Designers (FD) are strictly appointed by The Wedding Boss. Please highlight to The Management if you have any concern.
There will be a schedule & time duration for each couples to come for selection & fitting which will be advised by The Cupid from TWB.
Full payment must be made 7 days before actual day of wedding. The Management reserves the right not to release any articles till payment is made.
Rented articles are to be returned within 72 hours from event date. A charge of S$50/per day will be applicable. Collection of rented articles are available 2 days before your actual date, unless further arrangement had been done with The Wedding Boss.
All rented articles if found with any damages; stubborn stains, charges will incur on Laundry Service. The Management reserves the rights to sell the articles as per the retail price if articles are beyond salvage.
Laundry charges will be from S$100/- & above. Rates will varies depending on the complexity of the articles. and shall be under the discretion of The Wedding Boss Pte Ltd.
All complimentary articles such as Gown bags, hangers, Jewelry Box are loaned at no extra cost. Any damages / missing will incurred on each items and there will be a charge of S$50/-.
Alteration fee will be chargeable from S$100/-, depending on the complication of the alteration needed.
Ampules, Fake Lashes are complimentary from TWB. Any further arrangement with TWB MUA, TWB must be notified. TWB MUA are strictly aware that they do not collect any value of money from customers.
Return of all articles is only at The Wedding Boss premises. If pick up is required, there will be a charge of S$50/location. All inspection of rented articles shall be done at site and any damages to the articles, it shall be notified immediately to The Management.
Transportation charge of S$100/- per professionals/Day will be applicable for:-
- Arriving before 7.00 am on Actual Day.
- Actual Day Weddings which is breakdown into different days.
